Those Terms of Service apply to the usage of any services operated by us, including the website kyokobot.moe (the "Website") and Kyoko#0281 bot on Discord (the "Bot"), hereinafter may be jointly referred to as the "Service".

1. This Service may be only used in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable laws.

   1. You may not use this Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   2. You may not use this Service to send or store content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory.
   3. You may not use this Service to send or store content that is spammy, disruptive or may otherwise negatively impact the Service or experience of other users.
   4. You may not use this Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any parties or violate laws or regulations.

   We reserve the right to block any entities including Discord users and Discord guilds from our Service we find inappropriate, offensive or in violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Any intellectual property rights to the Service and it's assets are held by the owner and/or it's licensors.

   We grant you a limited license to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service. The license doesn't grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the Service, including any information and material whether technical, creative or otherwise.

3. Users are solely liable for any content they upload, send, share or store on our Service. Users acknowledge that we are not obligated to filter or moderate any content on our Service.

   However, we reserve the right to remove any content we find inappropriate, offensive or in violation of our Terms of Service.

4. The Service functionality may change at any time. We are not responsible for any issues this may cause for you. In the event that the Service breaks, goes offline, is deleted, or is permanently stopped, we are not responsible for any issues this may cause for you.

5. You will follow the Discord Terms of Service. All data is processed in accordance to the Discord Privacy Policy.
